This partnership made this a great International Service project and members from both clubs were eager to make it work and succeed.

This event was inspired by the fact that;
  1. Malaria remains the most infectious killer in the world today.
  2. A child dies of malaria every 30 seconds with 60 children dying everyday in Kenya.
  3. There are 300 million cases of malaria every year causing nearly one million deaths, mostly among African children.

WHY we are MOTIVATED to ACT !

  • Because malaria is both preventable & curable.
  • Sleeping under a treated mosquito net can reduce the incidence of malaria by up to 90%
